You can find us in Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, tucked away behind the water tank in Gautham Nagar. Our office is actually at C. Koteswara Rao’s place, House Number 20-30/2. It’s a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a big company headquarters. We like it that way because it’s quiet and we don’t have to deal with the main road noise. M/S Simplex Infrastructures Limited has been using this spot as a base for this region. We have a few rooms set up with computers and filing cabinets. The water tank is the best landmark to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. The streets in Gautham Nagar are a bit narrow, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend our days coordinating with the different sites and making sure the accounts are in order. It’s a very practical workspace. We drink a lot of coffee and sometimes share snacks brought from home. There’s a small garden area outside where we sit sometimes to talk about the day’s work. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a functional space where we get things done. We don't have any big flashy signs out front. It’s just a normal house where we do our business. It feels more personal this way, and we get to know our neighbors well.
