You can find us over in Gajuwaka, specifically in the Srinagar area of Visakhapatnam. We have been at this address, 27-1-215, for some time now. The neighborhood is mostly residential mixed with small shops. It is not a corporate park, just a regular building where we set up shop to handle our local work. Vizag is a coastal city, so we deal with the salt air and the humidity every day. Our team here handles the coordination for the big construction projects the company is known for. The office is not fancy at all. It has white walls and some basic furniture. We have a lot of maps and blueprints pinned up everywhere. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but you get used to it. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the daily schedules. Most of us have been working together for years. We are not here to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or expensive art. We just want to get the work done right. The Gajuwaka area is a hub for industry, so it makes sense for us to be here. People know the name on our door, and they know we stay busy. It is a straightforward operation. We just come in, do what is needed, and then head home to our families in the evening.
