If you find yourself in Quthubullapur in Hyderabad, that’s where we are. Our office is in Sai Arcade, which is Plot No. 31. We are in Flat No. S-1. It’s right next to Ganesh Towers, so it’s easy to find once you get into the C.P.R. Colony. We’ve been here for a while doing public works projects. The office is pretty basic. We have some large tables for spreading out blueprints and a few computers that have seen better days. Hyderabad is a fast city, but Quthubullapur still has its own local feel. The traffic on the road outside can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. It’s just a small team of us. We aren't into the corporate culture of the Hitech City side of town. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. There’s always a stack of files that needs sorting and a phone that won't stop ringing. We handle the technical side of the P.W. contracts. It’s mostly about making sure the numbers add up and the materials are where they should be. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to finish the day’s work so we can go home and eat. It’s a practical life without any extra bells or whistles.
