Hallmark Events Pvt Ltd is situated down in Belthangady. Our office is on Church Cross Road, which is a pretty central spot in this part of South Canara. Running an event company from a place like this is interesting because everyone knows everyone else. We spend a lot of time planning weddings and local gatherings. It’s not like those big city event firms. We deal with local vendors, talk to the families nearby, and spend a lot of time on the road checking out venues. The office is mostly just a place to store our gear and meet up to discuss schedules. It’s a bit dusty because of the road outside, and we have calendars pinned all over the walls. There is no fancy reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. Sometimes the rain in South Canara makes things difficult, especially when we have an outdoor event coming up, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the weather. It is honest work and it gets tiring, but seeing a party come together makes it okay. We’ve been here at Belthangady Post for quite a while. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people put on a good show without too much stress. It’s a small team and we just work hard to make sure nothing goes wrong on the big day.
