Our place is located at H.No: 8-69/92 in Indira Nagar, right by the IDPL area and the railway gate in Balanagar. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the trains passing by. S.P. Mallikarjun is usually around if you need to talk to someone in charge. We’ve been working out of this house for a while now. It serves as our main base for everything we do with Adity Homes. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a lived-in space where we get things done. We have samples of tiles and paint chips scattered around sometimes. Most of the folks who work here grew up in this part of Hyderabad. We know the streets and the people here pretty well. When the railway gate closes, things can get a bit slow with the traffic, but we use that time to catch up on paperwork. We don’t go in for fancy marketing. Most people find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
