Even though the name says M.R.B.Builders, Kurnool, our main office is actually here in Hyderabad. We are located in Old Malakpet, right near the Madina Bakery and the big water tank. If you know that landmark, you can't miss us at H.No. 16-9-436/2. It is a very lively neighborhood, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting bread or tea. We handle a lot of building projects from this small office. Most of our staff is busy coordinating with sites in both Hyderabad and Kurnool. I spend my day on the phone or writing out lists of things we need to buy for the next project. The office is a bit old and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We aren't fancy people; we just focus on the actual construction part of things. Sometimes the traffic in Malakpet makes it hard to get anywhere on time, so we have to plan our day very carefully. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. People usually just walk in to talk about their house plans or to ask about work. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for years and people know we’ll show up and do the work. It is a basic setup, but it gets the job done for us and the clients.
