Momentum Corporatemomentum Corporate Realty Consultancy Ll is a bit of a long name to say out loud, so we usually just tell people we’re the real estate folks over on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. Our office is tucked into 8-2-681/3 & 3A, which can be a little hard to find if you aren't looking closely at the door numbers. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, and the area has changed so much with all the new shops and the heavy traffic that picks up every afternoon. It’s mostly just us here, a small group of people who know the local property market pretty well. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through the latest listings or sorting out paperwork for clients who are looking to move into the neighborhood. The office isn't fancy; it’s got some older furniture and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We don't really do the big corporate thing with fancy presentations. Instead, we just sit down with whoever walks in and try to figure out what they need without making things too complicated. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the phones start ringing all at once, but that is just how things go in this business. Most days we are just happy to get the work done and head home before the traffic on Road 12 gets really bad.
