Mohan Consultants has been situated on Road No 46A in Jubilee Hills for a good bit now. Our place is at Door No 8-2-293/82/A, Plot No 1016, right across from the Ghmc Park. It’s actually quite nice having the park there because it gives us a bit of a view when things get stressful. We do consultancy work, mostly focused on building and design details. It’s a lot of paperwork, technical drawings, and meeting with people who want to build something new. We aren't a huge firm with a glass front. It’s more of a practical setup where we can sit down and go over plans without too much noise. People usually find us by the park landmark since the numbering in Jubilee Hills can be a bit confusing sometimes. We deal with all the small details that most people might find boring, like structural questions or how a room flows. The team here is pretty small. We’ve worked on various projects around Hyderabad, but we like staying local to this neighborhood. You'll often find us drinking tea and arguing over a blueprint. It is honest work. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Just come in, find a chair, and we can talk about whatever project is on your mind. We try to keep our schedule organized, but sometimes site visits run long. That's just how the business is.
