Mohan Architects PVT LTD

Our office is located at Plot No 496 on Road No 87 in Banjara Hills. It’s a pretty well-known part of Hyderabad, and we’ve been at this spot for a good while. Mohan Architects PVT LTD isn't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team, and we like it that way because it keeps things manageable. The office is full of rolls of paper, old models, and plenty of pens that have run out of ink. It’s a working space, so it isn't always tidy. We spend our hours sitting over drafting tables or staring at screens trying to get the lines right. Road 87 is usually quiet enough that we can actually concentrate, though you still get the occasional car horn. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just architects who like to figure out how buildings should go together. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us arguing over a measurement or drinking tea while looking at a site plan. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people think. There is a lot of boring stuff like permits and codes that we have to deal with every day. We just try to get the drawings done correctly and on time. Being in 500034 is nice because it’s central, but we mostly just stay inside and focus on the work.
