We are over here at Modi Realty Genonemodi Realty Genone Valley Llp. Most people just know us by the building, Soham Mansion. It is on M.G. Road, specifically 5-4-187/3 & 4. Being in Secunderabad-Hyderabad means it gets pretty busy around here. M.G. Road always has something going on. We have been in this spot for a bit now. Sometimes it is hard to find parking near Soham Mansion, but that is just how it is in 500003. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. We spend a lot of time looking out at the street. Secunderabad has a different feel than other parts of the city. We are used to the noise and the pace of the area. It is just where we are based. If you are walking down M.G. Road, you might see the sign. We have the two units, 3 and 4, so it is a decent amount of room for us. Not much to say really, we just do what we do here. The name Modi Realty Genonemodi Realty Genone Valley Llp is a bit of a mouthful, but we are used to it by now. It is on all our paperwork. Being in Soham Mansion feels right for us at this stage. It is a solid building and everyone around here knows where it is. That makes things a bit easier when we have to tell people where to find us.
