Down in Kothapet, you’ll find our office for Modi Properties & Investments Pvt. Ltd. We are right in New Maruthi Nagar, near the Dilshukhnagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening on the streets outside. We’ve been working out of this location for a good while now. Most of our day is spent talking to folks about houses or bits of land they want to buy or sell. We aren't the type to use a lot of sales talk. We just tell it like it is.
