You can find us at Modi Builders & Realtors Pvt.Ltd in the Garuda Apartments. We are in flat F2, which is part of 10---282-2/1 in the Vasanthapuri Colony. This is over in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad-500 047. It’s a quiet enough spot to get our work done. We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to folks about real estate. It’s a practical business, really. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Being in an apartment complex makes the office feel a bit more like a home, which we like. It’s not that cold, corporate vibe you get in some of those downtown high-rises. We know the Malkajgiri area pretty well because we’re here every day. Some people think real estate is all about big speeches, but for us, it’s mostly just making sure the paperwork is correct and the buildings are solid. We have our routines and they seem to work fine for everyone involved. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide decent housing and professional service to the people who come to see us.
