We've been here in Green Lands for a while now, right next to the Green Park Hotel. Most people know the spot because it's easy to find. We run Modern Living from this space at 7-1-24/2/D. It’s just a regular shop where we handle the daily business. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit heavy around here, but we are always open during the usual hours. We keep things pretty simple. My family and a couple of helpers manage everything from the front desk to the back. It’s not a huge fancy showroom, just a practical place to see what we have. We get a lot of locals dropping in while they’re out doing errands. It feels like a neighborhood spot. We don't do big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they drive past the hotel. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things up. If you're coming by, look for the building right after the hotel entrance. We usually have someone standing out front or sitting at the desk. We've seen the area change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed in this same unit. It works for us. We just try to get the work done and go home at the end of the day. Nothing too complicated about how we operate. Just a local business trying to keep things moving for the folks in the area. We like it here.
