Mitu Clinic

Mitu Clinic is situated in Aliabad North, right near the Lal Darwaza area in Shalibanda. This is an old part of the city with a lot of history and very narrow lanes. You have to navigate through the crowds to get to us. The clinic itself is quite modest. It’s just a couple of rooms in an older building. The walls are thick and keep the place somewhat cool during the hot months. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights. Most people find us by asking the local shopkeepers or just knowing the way through the neighborhood. Inside, there’s a small desk for registration and a few benches for waiting. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is off work. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it’s enough for what we need. We handle a lot of common ailments for the families living in Shalibanda. The doctor has a small cabin in the back where he sees people one by one. There’s always the sound of scooters and voices coming in from the street because we are so close to the road. We don't have a website or any fancy tech. If you need something, you just come by. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, but the locals prefer it that way. We just focus on seeing the people who walk in every day. The pharmacy across the street is helpful too.
