Mistry Pestonji Properties Llp is based out of Chiragali Laneabids. We’ve been at No 5 8 341 for a while now. If you know the area, it's pretty busy around here most of the time. We handle properties and things related to that. People around Abids usually just walk in or call us when they need help with real estate stuff. It’s a small team, mostly just us doing the paperwork and looking after local listings. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space in the lane. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the usual property documents and meeting folks from the neighborhood. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Sometimes the traffic on Chiragali Lane gets a bit much, but we’re used to it. Mistry Pestonji Properties Llp tries to keep things simple. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of what we do comes from people knowing where we are. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are slow, some days are packed with people asking about shops or flats. We just take it as it comes. Being in Abids means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s an interesting spot to work from. We just focus on the work we have at hand and make sure the files are in order. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us here. We like the local vibe of the place.
