Minopharma Laboratories P Ltd is set up in the Kphb Colony area of Hyderabad. Our specific spot is Haritasa, room 101 inside the Dharma Residency at Hig 21, Phase 6. It is a residential kind of building, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business park. The address lists Uttar Pradesh for some reason in the mail logs, but we are definitely here in Hyderabad, 500072. The colony is always bustling with people coming and going. Inside the office, it is pretty quiet compared to the main road outside. We have our lab equipment and desks squeezed into the space we have. Most mornings start with checking the logs and making sure the supplies are where they should be. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it isn't too bad if the weather is okay. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. You just come in and find us working at the back. There are usually a few of us here handling the daily paperwork and the technical side of things. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking samples. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab something from the local food stalls nearby. It is just a standard routine we have been following for years now. We keep things simple and just focus on the work that needs to get done that day.
