We've been over here at 63/1 in Cherlapally for a while now. It’s part of Phase 1 in the industrial area. Every morning we open up the gates and get straight to work with the materials. It’s a busy spot. Most people around here know us because we’ve been in this shed for years. It isn’t fancy, just a lot of machines and guys wearing dusty boots. We deal with advanced materials, which sounds complicated but mostly it’s just a lot of careful mixing and checking. The sun gets pretty hot on the metal roof by midday. We take our lunch breaks together out front where there is a little bit of shade from a tree. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble finding the turn-off from the main road, so we usually have someone standing near the entrance to wave them in. It's not a big corporate office with glass walls or shiny floors. Just a regular workplace where things get made day after day. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure the orders are moving along. If you walk inside, you'll see a lot of equipment and stacks of stuff waiting to go out to customers. The neighbors at the other units are good people. We help each other out if a tool breaks or someone needs a hand loading a heavy crate. That's how it is in this part of the city. We keep the paperwork on a small desk in the corner. Usually, we're locking up the gate as the sun goes down.
