Out here in Jeedimetla, at Plot No. 6 in the Phase-Iv extension, things are always a bit noisy. That’s the nature of being in an industrial area like this. We’ve been at this location for quite some time. The building is solid, though the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We do industrial work, so it's mostly machines and parts. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going. The guys on the floor know their stuff. Most of them have been with us for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just show up, get the machines running, and make sure the orders are ready on time. Sometimes the logistics in Ida can be a headache with the trucks blocking the narrow roads, but we make it work. It's a busy place. There’s always someone moving something or fixing a piece of equipment that decided to act up. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back near the loading dock. We just handle the work as it comes in. It’s honest labor. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, more buildings going up everywhere. But we stay focused on what’s happening inside our gates. Just a regular industrial outfit trying to do things right. The shift ends at six, but often there's someone here late finishing up a job. It is hard work, but we are used to the routine.
