You can find Mid Air Travels India on the 4th floor of Pavani Prestige in Ameerpet. We are in Flat No 406, right above the R S Brothers shop, which everyone in Hyderabad knows. Being up on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy street below, which is usually packed with students and shoppers. Our office is a mix of travel posters and stacks of itineraries. It’s not particularly modern, but it feels like a real workplace where things actually get done. We spend most of our day on the phone with airlines or trying to find better routes for people who are in a hurry. Ameerpet is a hectic place to work, but it’s convenient because everything is right here. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually the social hub of the office. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It is a straightforward business, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when things get busy with last-minute bookings. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of talking to help people get where they need to go.
