MICRO PACK LTD. is based at Plot No. 3-4-496/A in the Jyoti Arcade, which is right in Barkatpura. This building has been around for quite a while, and you can tell by the architecture. We are tucked away in one of the units there. It’s a decent enough place to spend the day. Barkatpura is a lively neighborhood, so there is always something happening outside the windows. We can hear the traffic and the street vendors pretty clearly from our desks. Inside our office, it’s a bit of a different story. We try to keep it relatively quiet so we can focus on the tasks at hand. We have some long tables where we set out our work. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where people walk the most, and we have a shelf full of old manuals that probably haven't been opened in five years. But it’s comfortable for us. We know where everything is, from the spare pens to the fuse box. There are about six of us who work here regularly. We usually take turns going out to get tea for everyone in the afternoons. It’s a simple routine. We handle the tasks as they come in and try not to let the paperwork pile up too high. It’s just a regular office in a regular building, and we like it that way.
