Our office is located in Younus Plaza, which is right on the Galaxy Theater Main Road over in the Toli Chowki area. We’re pretty close to the Reliance Mart, which makes it easy to explain to people who are trying to find us for the first time. It’s a busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We’ve been doing construction work from this location for several years now. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some basic desks, a lot of files, and rolls of architectural drawings. We do a bit of everything when it comes to building and repairs. Most of our day involves talking to foremen and checking on material deliveries from the trucks. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or traffic, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a team of salesmen or marketing people. It's usually just the owner or one of the senior guys answering the phone and taking notes. We like being in Toli Chowki because it’s central to many of the projects we handle across the city. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask for advice on their own houses or to check on a quote. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we just try to keep our part of it running as smooth as possible.
