Revathi Travels

Revathi Travels is a small travel office located in Mehdipatnam. We are in Flat 408 on the fourth floor of Marvalapts. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really look like a business from the outside. We have a couple of desks and some chairs where people can sit while we look up flights or train tickets for them. Mehdipatnam is a very crowded area, so there’s always a lot of activity and noise right outside our building. We don't have any big posters or neon signs in the window. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or friends of people we’ve helped before. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking prices and schedules to see what works best. It’s not a fancy job, but we enjoy helping people figure out their trips. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone won't stop ringing, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big corporate structure or any management layers. It’s just us trying to make a living by helping people with their travel needs. We’ve been in this same apartment for a few years now because it’s a central location that most people can reach easily. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. We just hope that if we do a decent job, people will come back the next time they need to go somewhere. It’s a very simple and direct way of doing things.
