Our place is located on Madhura Nagar Main Road in Nizampet, specifically at Pt A-97p to A-99. Most people know we are near Pragathi School. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially when school lets out and the buses are everywhere. We have both the medical shop and the diagnostic clinic here, so it’s a bit of a one-stop for people. You can get your tests done and then pick up whatever you need right at the counter. The shop part is usually full of boxes because we get deliveries every other day. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is on the shelves. In the back, the diagnostic area is kept much stricter and cleaner for the testing. We have a couple of small rooms for blood draws and other bits. The waiting area is just a few chairs tucked against the wall. Nizampet has grown a lot lately, so we see more new faces than we used to. We don't do much advertising; people just walk in because they were at the school or live in the apartments nearby. It’s a practical business. We keep the lights on, make sure the fridge for the medicine stays cold, and wait for the next person to walk through the door with a prescription.
