Down here on P.G. Road in Secunderabad, things stay pretty loud outside. We are up on the 3rd floor of Innovation Apartments, specifically in Flat 301. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being finicky, which happens more than we’d like. Since we do advertising, you might think the office is all bright colors and bean bags, but it’s mostly just desks and a lot of half-finished sketches. We spend our days trying to come up with ideas that actually make sense for people. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing the printer when it jams. Secunderabad has a different feel than the rest of the city, and we like being right here in the middle of the bustle. There’s a tea shop downstairs that we basically keep in business. We don't have any big speeches about how we change the world. We just try to make decent ads that look okay and get the message across. Sometimes an idea works, sometimes we have to start over from scratch. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. The office is small, a bit crowded with old campaign materials, but it’s where we do our best thinking. We just keep at it, day after day, in our little corner of the 1st block, trying to stay creative even when the deadlines are tight.
