We have been operating Medha Servo Drives Pvt Ltd for a while now here in Tekkali. Most people around this part of Andhra Pradesh know the area for the hills and temples, but we spend our days tucked away working on electronics and drives. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we focus on servo systems and control units. Sometimes the power goes out or the heat gets to the equipment, so we have to stay on top of things. The staff is mostly local guys who grew up nearby. We start pretty early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Usually, there is a lot of testing going on. You will see boards spread out on tables and someone is always checking the wiring or looking at a screen. It gets noisy when the machines are running, but that is just how the day goes here. We do not really do big advertisements or anything promotional. Most of our work comes from people who just know we are here in the 532201 area. We try to get the jobs done right the first time so we don't have to redo them later. It is a lot of technical work, looking at tiny components and making sure the drives are doing what they are supposed to do. There is always tea around eleven, and that is when we talk about what needs finishing by evening. It is just a normal workplace.
