G. K. Engineers Facility Management

Down here in Secunderabad, specifically in the Ncl Enclave at Petbhasheerabad, you’ll find the office for G. K. Engineers Facility Management. We are located at Plot 111, H. No:8-39. It is quite a long address to write out on envelopes. The area on Medchal Road keeps growing, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we set up in Quathabullapur. Dealing with facility management means we are always on our toes. One day it is a plumbing issue at a client site, and the next day we are looking at electrical grids. It is never really quiet. We have a small crew that handles the daily logs and dispatches the technicians. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other times it’s just us catching up on reports. We try to keep things organized, but in this line of work, things get messy fast. It’s just the reality of keeping buildings running. We’ve been through some tough summers here where the heat makes everything harder, but the team sticks together. We aren't big on corporate meetings; we just talk over what needs fixing and get to it. It’s a practical way to run things. We just want to finish the day's tasks and head home without any emergencies popping up late at night. Every building has its own quirks and we know most of them by now.
