Our place is located out in Medchal, specifically Gundla Pochampally at Survey No 23 and 25. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it works for what we do at Axiom Chemicals And Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The space is large enough for the tanks and the setups we need. Working with chemicals means we have to be careful and follow the rules, so that’s what most of our day looks like. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of checking gauges and making sure everything is mixed right. The team here has been together for a bit, so we kind of know how each other works without having to say much. Sometimes the dust from the nearby construction gets into the yard, and we have to spend time cleaning up. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stories about us. We just make sure the product goes out when it is supposed to. Most days are pretty routine. We arrive early before the sun gets too high and start the processes. Medchal is growing fast, but our corner in Gundla Pochampally still feels a bit quiet compared to the center. It suits us fine. We just focus on the technical side of things and try to keep everything running smooth without too much fuss or drama. It’s honest work.
