Our place is at Plot 45 in Jeedimetla, right in Sriram Nagar Colony. It’s a bit of a mix here between small factories and houses. We’ve been here for a long time, working on the pharma and chemical side of things. It’s not a high-tech lab you see in the movies. It’s more of a practical workspace where we do our testing and bottling. The building has seen better days, and the paint is peeling in some spots, but it’s functional. We have a small team of about ten people. We all wear lab coats when we’re in the back, even if they aren't perfectly white anymore. The smell of the chemicals is something you just stop noticing after the first week. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and checking labels. It can be tedious, but it has to be done right. Lunch is usually a quiet affair in the break room. We don't have a big corporate structure. If there's a problem, we just stand around the table and figure it out together. The neighborhood has grown a lot since we started. There are more shops now and the traffic has gotten worse. Still, we like it here. It’s where we started and it’s where we feel at home. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished by five. Sometimes we stay late for a batch run, but we don't mind as long as the work is done.
