Plastic Extrusions

Plastic Extrusions is located out in Medak, specifically at Plot No 44/A in Phase 5. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where we have the space to run our extrusion lines properly. The building is a large, open shed type of structure that fits the long machines we need. We spend the day feeding plastic into one end and watching the extruded shapes come out the other. It’s repetitive work, but it requires a lot of attention to make sure the temperature is just right. Medak is a growing area for industry, and Phase 5 is starting to fill up with more units like ours. The air in the shop is always warm because of the heaters on the lines. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning in the workspace, just a few big fans to keep the air moving. Our team is a small group of guys who have learned the trade by doing it every day. We don’t use any big marketing words to describe what we do. It’s just plastic extrusion, plain and simple. Sometimes the material isn't quite right and we have to adjust the settings, which can take a few hours. We don’t have a receptionist; if you call, you’ll probably talk to someone who was just working on the floor. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us here in the Medak district without any fuss.
