Md Jaffer Construction

Chanchal Guda is a busy part of Hyderabad. If you know the Bage Ja Hara area, you know it’s always moving. Our office for Md Jaffer Construction is located at 17-8-533/200. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but that’s where we are. We do construction work, which means there’s usually a bit of mess around, boots by the door, and papers with drawings spread out on the tables. The Hyderabad heat can be pretty brutal, so we have a lot of tea and water throughout the day. The building we are in is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. It's not the quietest place to work, but it keeps us energized. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees in suits. We are just local builders who know these streets well. Most of our time is spent out at sites, but this is where we come back to handle the billing and the planning. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to complain about the noise or just to chat about the latest news in the AP region. We've got a small fridge for our lunch and a window that looks out onto the street. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't see the need for a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a place for us to get our work done and keep things moving.
