Maytas Properties

I’ve been working here at Maytas Properties for a while now. Our spot is right over in Avanthinager Colony, specifically Plot 220/C. It’s pretty easy to find since we’re right opposite Nethaji School in Erragadda. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the kids are heading home in the afternoon, but that keeps the energy up around here and reminds us of the local community. Hyderabad traffic is legendary, of course, yet Erragadda has its own rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. We handle property matters every day, sitting at our desks and taking calls from people interested in buying or selling. Our office isn't flashy with modern art or anything; it is just a place where we get the work done and keep our files in order. Most of us have lived around this neighborhood for ages, so we know the shortcuts and where to grab the best tea when we need a break. Dealing with houses and land means dealing with a mountain of paperwork and checking details twice. A good chunk of our day goes into making sure everything is lined up correctly. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. Whenever someone walks in to ask about a specific plot, we look through our physical files or the computer records. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but we just deal with it. No big fancy lobby exists here. It’s just us in the office, keeping track of different listings. It’s practical work.
