Maytas Properties

Maytas Properties is located at H No. 49-128/8/D, Plot No: 85, in the Kalpana Society of Ganeshnagar, Chinthal, Hyderabad. We are currently working care of T. Venkata Rao and Mahesh K. It’s a residential colony, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed and neighborly. Our office is essentially a room in a house where we’ve set up our desks and filing cabinets. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking closely at the plot numbers. We’ve got a small sign out front so people don't get lost. Chinthal is a busy area, but Kalpana Society is a bit more tucked away. We spend our days dealing with various property matters, mostly focusing on the local area around Ganeshnagar. It’s just a few of us here, and we handle everything ourselves. There is no big marketing team or fancy slogans. We just talk to people, look at papers, and try to make sense of the property market. Sometimes we sit out on the porch when it’s not too hot and talk to the folks passing by. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We like the personal touch of being in a neighborhood like this. It’s not a formal environment at all. We might be in the middle of a meeting and the milkman will stop by, and that’s just fine with us. It’s a real, working office.
