Maytas Properties

You can find Maytas Properties at H.No. 8 367 in the Indrareddy Allwyn Colony over in Miyapur, Hyderabad. It’s a growing area and there’s always some construction happening nearby. Our office is a simple house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a small gate and a little bit of space out front where we park our scooters. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of folders and a few old computers. We spend our time checking on property listings and talking to owners who live around the colony. Miyapur has changed a lot lately, but our routine stays mostly the same. We start the day by opening the shutters and sweeping the front. Then we settle in to answer calls and handle the paperwork. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside in the shade for a bit until it comes back. We don't mind it much. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood looking for a bit of help with their land. We try to be helpful and just tell things like they are. It’s a quiet way to run a business but it works for us.
