Maytas Properties

We’ve been working out of our office at 43, Railway Colony in Picket for a while now. Secunderabad is a busy place, but this spot stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Maytas Properties is just a small team of us handled from here. We spend most of our mornings checking on papers and talking to people who drop by the colony looking for help with their space. It’s not a fancy setup. There is a desk, some chairs, and a lot of old files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is where we end up doing most of the talking anyway. The address is 500026 if you’re looking on a map. People usually find us by asking around the Railway Colony gate. It’s a simple routine we have. We open up early, get the fans going, and see who needs what. Most folks around here know where we are. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth in Secunderabad works better. If you need to find us, just head towards the Picket area. We’ve stayed in this same spot for a long time. It suits us just fine. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for getting the daily tasks done. We just keep things moving one day at a time without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much how it goes for us here.
