Our spot is out in Budvel, Rajendranagar, which is part of the Hyderabad-30 area. The address is 1-1-73/3, and it’s a pretty functional place for Maytas Infra Pvt Ltd. We are located in an area that feels more industrial and open than the heart of the city, which suits the kind of work we do. There’s usually a lot of dust because of all the construction around here, but we don't mind it. The office itself is mostly just a place to store our records and have meetings about upcoming projects. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kitchen area where we make a lot of chai. It isn't a fancy office with leather chairs. We use what works. Most of the staff are local people who know the Rajendranagar area well. We spend our mornings checking on equipment and the afternoons typing up reports or looking at site surveys. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or talk about the work. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at the plans and see what needs to be done for the day. Being in Andhra Pradesh gives us plenty of ground to cover. We are just a practical team based in Budvel and we do our thing every single day.
