We are situated in Secunderabad, right near Brilliant High School. It is actually a pretty lively area because of the school kids and the families around. You can hear the school bells and the shouting at recess while we are trying to work on our project files. It is an interesting spot for an infrastructure company to be, but it works for us. We have been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for a good stretch of time. The office itself is simple. We don’t have a lot of decorations or anything like that. We mostly use the space for meetings and planning out our construction schedules. It’s easy for the staff to find because everyone knows the school. When we have big trucks coming through, we have to be careful with the timing so we don't block the school buses. It adds a bit of a challenge to the day, but we've figured it out over the years. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in India, just a solid one that does its part in Secunderabad. Sometimes the rain here makes things messy, but we just clean up and keep moving. Our door is usually open and you can see people coming and going with blueprints and site boots. It is just a normal, hardworking environment where the main goal is finishing the projects we started.
