Maytas Infra Ltd is over in the Bachupally area, near Miyapur in Hyderabad. This part of the city has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been right here through it. Our office is a practical space where we coordinate all our construction work. It isn't a place for showing off. We have simple desks and a lot of paper everywhere. The noise of the city is always in the background, but we are used to it. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or talking to the laborers. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with us for years and some new faces. We don't bother with fancy titles or long meetings. Usually, we just stand around a desk and figure out the plan for the week. The commute around Miyapur can be tough, so we try to start our days early. We focus on the technical side of things, like making sure the measurements are right and the materials are delivered on time. Sometimes there are hiccups with the supply chain, and we have to scramble to find a solution. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We are just local people building things that the city needs. There is no mystery to it. We show up, do the work, and try to keep everything on track without too much trouble. We have some old wooden chairs and a table that has seen better days. It is enough for us.
