Maytas Infra Limited

Our base for Maytas Infra Limited is at 201, Sri Sai Ram Residency here in Hyderabad. It’s located in the 500038 zip code area, which is a pretty central spot for us to manage our various tasks. The office is basically a converted residence, which gives it a more personal feel than a standard office building. We have desks set up in the different rooms, and there's always a pot of tea or coffee going somewhere. It’s not a place for big board meetings or flashy corporate events. We use the space to hammer out details for our infrastructure projects and keep our records in order. Most of our team is out in the field during the day, so the office can be quiet one minute and then totally packed the next when everyone returns. We don’t really do marketing in the traditional sense; most of our work comes from people who know we can get a job done. The residency is a nice enough place, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building over time. It’s a simple setup, and that’s how we like to keep things. Dealing with infrastructure can be complicated, so we try to keep our home base as straightforward as possible. There’s always a lot of work to do, but we take it one day at a time. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus on complex plans.
