Our office is based in the Seaways Pride building on Road No 36 in Jubilee Hills. It’s a well-known area in Hyderabad, but our day-to-day work is pretty down-to-earth despite the fancy address. We are located at Plot No 36, and from here, we handle all the shipping agency work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The hills around here make for some interesting drives to work, and the area is always full of cars and people. Inside, we aren't doing anything glamorous. It’s mostly just us tracking containers, talking to port authorities, and making sure all the customs documents are in order. We don't have a big corporate handbook or any of those "best in class" slogans. We just know how shipping works and we stick to what we know. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that's just part of the atmosphere. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to stay a bit late to clear it all out. It’s practical, sometimes stressful, but it's what we do. Being in Jubilee Hills is convenient for a lot of things, even if we're just focused on what's happening on our computer screens and phones.
