Mata Clinic

Mata Clinic is located in Bala Nagar, right near Sharada High School. Being so close to a school means we see a lot of families and kids every day. It’s a small place, nothing like those giant hospitals you see in the city center. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has its quirks, like a door that squeaks or a window that’s a bit hard to open. We don't mind it much. Our day usually starts with a few people waiting outside before we even open the doors. It’s a simple clinic for basic health issues. We handle things like fevers, stomach aches, and general checkups. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a computer that does everything. We still use a lot of paper and pens to keep track of who’s coming in. The neighborhood knows us, and we know the neighborhood. It’s a friendly atmosphere, even when it’s busy. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long when a lot of children come in at once, but people are generally patient. We don't use any big words or medical jargon if we can help it. We just explain things clearly to the parents. It’s a modest setup that does what it’s supposed to do. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just try to help whoever walks in the door today.
