Maruti Inventures

Our place is at House Number 207 in the Picket area of Secunderabad. It is an old part of town with a lot of character and history. The house has been around for quite a while, and we have set up our workspace inside. It does not look like an office from the outside, just another home in the street. Inside, it is a bit different with computers and printers humming away all day long. Secunderabad has a different pace than Hyderabad across the way. It feels a bit more settled and quiet here. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s families and what is going on in our lives. Work is just something we do together to keep things moving. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked scooters, but we manage to find space. We do not have any big corporate signs or glowing logos on the wall. We prefer it that way because it keeps things low-key. Most of our visitors are people we have known for years. We sit in the main room and go over whatever needs to be discussed. There is usually a pot of tea on the stove in the kitchen. We do not follow a strict corporate schedule here. If something needs to be finished late, we stay until it is done. If it is a slow day, we might head out early. It is a very human way of working.
