Maruti Constructions Pvt Ltd is based in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. If you’ve ever been to Ameerpet, you know how packed and busy it gets. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a functional space where we plan out our construction projects and meet with different folks. We don’t have a big, shiny lobby. Usually, there are blueprints rolled up on the tables and a few samples of materials lying around. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time out at sites, so the office is often just a place to touch base and handle the administrative side of things. Construction is a messy business, and our office reflects that a bit. We aren't worried about looking like a big corporate firm. We are more concerned with the actual building side of things. There’s a lot of noise from the street outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our team is small, and we’ve all been in this industry for a long time. We talk plainly and don’t use a lot of industry buzzwords. If someone comes in with a question, we just give them a straight answer. We have seen the city grow and change, and we have been doing our small part in that for years. It’s just a regular business trying to stay on top of the local projects. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep building.
