Maruthi Shipping & Logistics

Our office is at 204 Bhanu Enclaves, which is located near the Esi Hospital in the Erragadda area. It’s a pretty busy part of the neighborhood, and the hospital is a major landmark that helps people find us. Maruthi Shipping & Logistics has been operating out of this unit for some time now. The Bhanu Enclaves building isn't a new skyscraper; it’s just a solid, older building where a lot of different things happen. We have a simple setup inside. There are a few tables, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files related to the shipping side of things. Erragadda is always buzzing with activity, so there is usually a lot of noise coming in from the street. We don't have a big HR team or a corporate communications person. It is just us handling the day-to-day logistics work. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the 204 unit. It keeps us moving. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just focus on what needs to be done for our customers and keep track of the shipments. It’s a very practical way to run a business. Most of our time is spent talking to drivers or checking on schedules. Being near Esi Hospital makes the location very easy to describe to anyone who is coming over to drop off documents or have a quick chat about a delivery.
