Mario Chemical Agency

Mario Chemical Agency is located at 4-7-51 on Old Safilguda Road. We are pretty close to the Malkajgiri area, which is a very busy part of town to be in. The shop—or agency, as we usually call it—is a place where we have spent a lot of our working lives. It is not a polished corporate office with bright lights and air conditioning in every corner. It is more of a practical, lived-in space where we store our records and talk to our customers who stop by. The road right outside is always full of traffic and people, so there is a constant hum of engines and voices. Inside, we have shelves filled with ledgers and various samples. We have been doing this for a long time, so we know the chemical trade fairly well. It is mostly about knowing who needs what and when they need it delivered. We do not have a big website or a team of sales people walking around in suits. Usually, it is just one or two of us handling the phones and the walk-in customers. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the neighborhood news, while other days we are running around trying to fix a delivery issue. It is a very human way of doing business. We know our regulars by name. It is just how things are done here.
