Manasani Constructions Pvt Ltd is based out of Kalyan Nagar East in Malkajgiri. Our office is right there on Hno-25-40/35/4, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you’re giving someone directions over the phone. Hyderabad is growing so fast, especially around Anandbagh, so there is always some construction work happening. We do the basic building work, getting our hands dirty on-site. It’s mostly residential stuff in this part of town. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage everything yourself. The weather here can be a bit of a pain for construction, especially in the summer heat, but we get through it. My brother and a few other guys handle the day-to-day work. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people just find us by seeing our boards at the sites or hearing about us from a neighbor who had some work done. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time checking on materials and making sure the brickwork is straight. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. Malkajgiri has changed a lot since we first set up shop here. We just keep doing our thing, one house at a time, making sure the walls are solid and the roof doesn't leak. It’s what we’ve always done and we don't plan on changing it.
