Rolon Seals

If you head down Road No 1 in Mallapur, you'll find us at Plot No 9. That's where Rolon Seals is located. We've been in this building for quite some time. It's a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, we mostly focus on mechanical seals and that kind of hardware. There’s usually a bit of noise from the machines running, but you get used to it after a while. Mallapur is a good area for this kind of work because there are plenty of other workshops nearby. We get a lot of trucks coming through for pick-ups. The workspace is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a big order, but we manage. My desk is right near the entrance so I see everyone coming in. It's mostly just local guys working here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the seals right so they work like they’re supposed to. Sometimes we stay late when a job is behind schedule, but that’s just part of it. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, especially inside the shop floor, so we have a few big fans going all day. It’s a straightforward operation. We know our neighbors on the street and everyone pretty much minds their own business. It's just a regular place where we come to work and get the jobs finished.
