Down on Road No. 21 in the Mallapur IDA, you will find our building at Shed No. 47. It is right in the middle of Phase-II, which is a busy spot. We work with plastic, specifically making things for the PET industry. The machines here are pretty loud, and they run for long stretches of time. It’s a bit of a maze inside with stacks of finished items and bags of raw materials waiting to be used. We have a small crew of people who look after the production lines. It isn't a glamorous place, just a workspace where we try to keep things organized. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out on the trucks. The traffic in Mallapur can be a real headache, especially during the middle of the day when everyone is moving goods around. We don’t spend much time in the office; most of us are out on the floor making sure the settings are correct and the items are coming out right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, watching the molds and packing the products into bags. Sometimes a machine acts up and we have to pause everything to get it sorted, which can be frustrating. We just try to get through the daily list of orders and make sure the place is swept up before we head home for the evening.
