Our place is located at Plot No 42 in Mallapur, specifically in IDA Phase II. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a bit of noise from the neighboring units. We’ve been operating P j Crete Chem Pvt. Ltd. out of this facility for a while now. Inside, you’ll find a lot of bags and drums stacked up. The floor usually has a bit of dust on it because that’s the nature of working with chemicals and powders for construction. It’s not a shiny corporate building with glass walls. We have a few mixing machines that run most of the day. The staff here knows exactly how to handle the ratios, even if they don't talk much while they’re working. There’s a rhythm to the place. When a shipment comes in, everyone jumps to get it unloaded and stacked properly in the warehouse section. Mallapur can get quite congested, so we have to time our logistics carefully. The office is just a couple of desks near the front entrance where we keep the ledgers and the phone. We don’t have any fancy signs or big advertisements outside. Just the company name on the gate. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on getting the product right. Some days are long, especially when we have big orders to fill, but we manage. It’s just us doing our job every day, and we don't think much about the corporate side of things.
