Working out here at Chowdaryguda Village feels a lot different than being in the middle of the city. We are spread out over Survey Numbers 788, 790, and a few others in the Ghatkesar Mandal. It’s a large area, which we need for the traction equipment because those things aren't small. The commute for some of the guys is long since we are out in the Medchal district, but there is more breathing room here. Most of the day is spent out on the shop floor. It can get loud with the assembly work going on, and you definitely need to watch where you're walking. We have a lot of heavy parts moving around on the cranes. It’s a practical environment. There is no air conditioning in the main work areas, just big fans that move the air around as much as they can during the hot months. We take our tea breaks under the shade of the trees outside when we can. The office part is just a few rooms tucked away near the front where we handle the paperwork and the logs for the Malkajgiri area. It is hard work and by the time five or six o’clock rolls around, everyone is ready to get on the bus or their bikes and head back. We don't do much talking about goals or things like that, we just look at the schedule and get to it.
