Maks Constructions

Maks Constructions is based right here in Vanasthalipuram. We’ve got our office space in the Mediplus Building, specifically H. No. 6-4-590 in the Ngos Colony area. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going all the time. Most of what we do involves getting out to different sites and seeing how the building work is moving along. We deal with everything from the initial digging to getting the roof on. It’s a lot of coordination with different crews and making sure the materials like sand and bricks show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don't, and then we have to make some phone calls to figure out where the truck went. That’s just how the construction business is in this area. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to build things that stay standing. You’ll mostly find us wearing dusty boots and looking at blueprints. Vanasthalipuram has changed a lot lately, and we’ve seen a lot of new houses going up around us. We keep our paperwork at the Ngos Colony office but we aren't there as much as we are out on the actual job sites. Dealing with city permits and all that can be a headache, but it’s part of the job. We try to be straightforward with people about how long things take. Construction is never as fast as anyone wants it to be, but we get it done.
